Refund Policy

1. Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Restocking Fee

Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing and inspection costs.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom 3D prints or personalized designs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee, within 10 business days.
